there is no doubting I love the work of miranda skoczek, she was one of the artists involved in my first range of 'artist plates'....

this week I was lucky to get one of her fabulous artworks....

the fox is now hanging in my bedroom.... I love it.

well it is starting to feel a little more like christmas...... I think it's the weather, it is getting hotter....

I am still sending out online orders, and can continue to do so right up until christmas, so if there is someone you need a little something for you never know what you might find.....

mixing it up

me and the boys did our tree this morning, and I decided to do something a bit different, our regular tinsel tree and decorations are packed away back in melbourne, so we improvised! We used our greg hatton ex douglas and hope shop prop tree!! and some of last years douglas & hope giant decorations, and we picked some succulents from our garden and tied them on. Because our house is a tiny miners cottage we have gone al fresco and put it by the front door..... we love it!

Butterfactory weekend

 It was a great weekend at the Butterfactory,

it will definitely become a regular event on the Central Victoria Calender, thanks again to everyone who came, listen out for the next one.

Butterfactory Open weekend Newstead

It seems everyone’s moving to the country.  To celebrate my recent permanent relocation to central Victoria, along with furniture maker and landscaper Greg Hatton, Greg is opening his studio workshop, the Newstead Butter Factory, on the first weekend of December. 

We would love you to come out to Newstead and not only do you get the chance to meet us both, but you can have a sticky beak around this fantastic old butter factory and check out our latest creations. 

Greg’s hand made furniture pieces are generally made to order although there will be plenty to see and buy on the day.  I have just released a new range of beautiful melamine plates and along with my signature quilts and cushions you never know you may even cross someone’s name off your Christmas list!
